Shipping & Return

EACH PIECE IS HANDCRAFTED TO ORDER AND MADE WITH LOTS OF LOVE, CARE, TIME AND SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU!

1. Please allow 1-5 business days for personalized styles to be made before shipment. Stock styles ship within 2 business days. Please check the specific production time for each piece in its product page.

2. We offer free shipping on orders equal or over $50; For orders that under $50 will be charged $5 shipping fee. Estimate delivery time for United States is 7-9 business days. U.S. public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays due to staffing shortages or other issues.

3. Your order can be upgraded to express shipping with when placing your order with an additional fee:

4. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email. To request your tracking information, please email letstalk@hotshellow.com.

5. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address, as well as missing parcels if requested to leave with neighbor or an outbuilding. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

6. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

7. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

To Cancel An Order

You can contact us at letstalk@hotshellow.com for order cancellation, and it must be done within 12 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. Please note that items that have been shipped are ineligible for cancellation, in this situation please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized or discounted items. This includes any items purchased with a discount code as well as engraved pieces, custom orders, and all items listed in our personalization section. These items are final sale.

2. For non-personalized and full-price items, we offer an exchange or refund guarantee within 7 days from its delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange: Items must be unworn (apart from trying on), and all tags and original packaging must be included.

3. To facilitate a return or exchange on any non-personalized full-price items, please reach out to us at letstalk@hotshellow.com within 7 days after delivery where we will be happy to assist you. Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Exchanges and returns must be sent prepaid. We will pay for the shipping cost for your desired exchange item! Please allow 2-5 business days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty items: In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact letstalk@hotshellow.com within 72 hours after item(s) are delivered. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

*Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
